Welcome, Pura Vida!

We are excited to see everyone this evening as we kick off the program with a reception and dinner on the Virador beach!  Please dress for your comfort, we suggest flat sandals or sneakers. The sun will set at aproximately 5:50pm, so feel free to head down a little early to catch the beautiful views!

A few reminders for the rest of the week:

• Starting tomorrow, the West Bend Hospitality Suite will be moving to the Surf Patio overlooking Playa Blanco and will be open from 8am - 5pm daily. Your West Bend Travel staff and local partners will be available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have throughout the week.
• Be sure to stop by tomorrow from 12pm - 2pm for a West Bend sponsored happy hour, complete with cocktails and lite bites!
• The Help Desk in the mobile app will be monitored closely throughout the week. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.
• Be sure to carefully review your mobile app itineary for your departure time and location, as they vary depending on the function. 
• If you'd like a ride from your hotel room anywhere on-site, you just need to scan the QR code or dial '0' from your room phone to request a ride. We recommend giving yourself plenty of time in advance of your scheduled departure times.
• West Bend is covering your daily breakfasts to the group master account. You will be able to charge breakfast at Bahia, In-Room Dining, or Anejo to your room and the charges will be moved over to the master daily. A 10% gratuity is automatically added to the bill.
